Disappointed-Just Kidding I wouldn't know what to rate them because I didn't go there! I'm only disgruntled at the fact that I had no choice but to miss an appointment for something extremely important. It was only a consultation (they said the appointment was going to be around 10 minutes long) so I didn't have to pay them until the actual day I had an appoinment for them to actually do my hair. Best Hair cut ever!! I just discovered the Pulse Salon. I have curly hair, and have visited most of the hair salons in downtown Portland trying to find someone who would cut it well. I finally gave up and started trimming it myself, which although bad was better than many of the cuts I got. I finally decided that I would give the Pulse Salon a try, after reading about the awards they have gotten. Eyebrows I get my eyebrows done at Pulse. They are super fast and the price is extremely reasonable for downtown. They are only 1 block from the max station as well.
