Wow. I feel bad for the people contracting their rentals through this agency. Contacted an agent about an apartment listing and it has been like pulling teeth getting ANY sort of information for follow through. Ask about a viewing, “oh I’ll check the status” no contact for two days until *I* have to follow up with them. Then, get contacted an hour before the scheduled tour time only to be told that the agent can’t get into the unit to show it. Something about having no key due to a house sitter or whatever. Called the office and now know that it was one of the owners that answered, very off putting and unfriendly when answering the phone. They make you feel like as if you called their home during dinner time, the receptionist is rude and unfriendly and gives out wrong information, and gave my money order to my brother without checking id...and had a smart comment for every question i asked her, they said they would have someone contact me regarding some rental properties available, never heard back from a single person so i gue... read more
