Free Nights are not Free. When I signed up, I was told that I would get 100% free nights. We changed our habits to try to do laundry after 8pm to ensure the biggest savings. Come to find out that we still get charged TDU charges on the “FREE ENERGY” we use. 🤔 If it was a small fee, I wouldn’t mind, but it’s something like 40% of the bill! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise it as “Free Nights” if they are t really free. Very deceiving.

Stay Away! Massive headache! Instead of transferring service they closed my account in error, won't compensate fees caused by error and say nothing they can do

I would leave 0 star if I could. After I paid out my last bill, my information was sent to debt collection firm for a non-existent due. I keep contacting Pulse Power for a whole month, but there’s no update at all, not even an explanation. They put you on a terrible situation, ruin your credit record, and they don’t care about it. This is the culture of this company.

THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!!!! You set a payment plan with them and they will auto draft the full amount out and then tell you that you can’t get a refund. Even though they make you do an agreement contract with them they can just take your money. And then offer you $12. They are a terrible company!!!! And if you want to cancel they charge you $20 a month left in your contract… I would rather go with anyone else in the world!!!!
