If the option too select ZERO stars was available I would definitely give them 0.. The worst light company ever!! These people charge my card without my authorization and when I ask for an agreement that states that they can charge peoples cards without authorization they could not provide it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT GOOD!! They will take money out of your account!!
ZERO STARS!! This company is a scam and thief's!! I switched my electric provider in February 2025 due to moving to a new address that Pulse Power could not service in my new area. I was owed my $250.00 deposit and have been calling and emailing ever since. I was told by multiple people through emails and phone calls that my deposit was transferred to their new provider since they switched in May. Pulse Power was my electricity provider from 2022 until March of 2025. Another company, Discount Power gave me the news that Pulse Power residential service was now being taken care of by Discount Power. Pulse Power did not notify me about this change. I recently found out that my account was turned over to collections in Feb. ‘24, I moved and transferred my service to a new address BUT they are claiming I owed money - how?!
