Absolutely awful customer service and misleading business practices! I transferred units within the same building and they continued charging me for the old unit. During my transfer, I spoke with a representative for 20 minutes to ensure my old unit would no longer be charged. I recently checked my online account find both units still open and active. Worst electric company in all of Texas. STAY AWAY!! MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR BILL EACH MONTH. My bill kept almost doubling each month for no reason. They kept saying oh it's usage. But I stay in a 1 Bdr apt. There's no way my usage should be 3000kwh!! I've initiated a dispute. Please for your own good stay away
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I recently was found to be paying for another unit in my apartment- Oncor and the apartment fixed the issue and Pulse told me that I would be reimbursed for the mistake. I had to submit two claims, spoke to three people, provided all required documentation, and had to pester them for nearly 3 months. If I could give them zero stars I would! I accidentally paid twice back in October which came out of my bank account, and now in February, they are trying to charge me for the second payment. They are stating it got reimbursed to my bank, and it never was! I sent them bank statements proving everything and they told me there’s nothing else they can do. Absolutely ridiculous, the “customer service“ is a joke and all they do is read off of the screen and never actually try to solve an issue. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
