Been using Pupl Street for years. NEVER an Issue.
My two cars are buying insurance here! Ford was smashed by others, and after almost four or five months, no one was in charge of my case! This kind of service is terrible! In addition, when I decided to cancel his service, I found out that I had another car and they quietly added unnecessary insurance items to me!
Owner of this place is horrible. When I asked for him to compare the price of another insurance carrier, he wouldn’t do it. Just kept saying he can compare but wouldn’t do it cause it would be same price or higher. Fine, just let me see what the other price is whether is higher. But he wouldn’t do it. Horrible service. No effort and bad attitude. I'm canceling everything from there
