TERRIBLE CHOICE OF DOCTOR. GO ELSEWHERE. 1) Waiting time was excessive 2) I was there for a 20 minute test, but after 1.5 hours, they told me I need to schedule another appt for the test! 3) I tried to schedule the test - but the semi-rude person at the counter told me they didn't have an appointment for another month. 4) Two separate people at the counter were pretty rude. Reminded me of visiting the motor vehicles office on a bad day. NET RESULT: THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE FOR $326 AND I NEVER EVEN GOT A TEST.
in 2021 I was looking for a Dr. to get PFT tests done.I found Dr SAYAL on the internet. I called and made an appointment I was told to make an appointment by my otolaryngologist Dr from LA. Dr. Karla O'dell for pft tests only. when I went in for the appointment all I wanted was a pft test instead he diagnosed me with upper respiratory disease. He did not even do any tests on me b4 hand. It would have been a 5. Excellent doctor and staff. However, when I needed paperwork sent out in a timely manner it didn't happen and I missed deadline and lost lawsuit.

I am 100% not interested in doing business with this company anymore. I'm not sure what's going on with This office I visited to get a sleep study approved and it wasn't at first but a different insurance company I had picked it up and approved it I tried communicating directly with the office and they don't answer the phone or return your messages.
