They were friendly. and very knowledgeable, good experience.
Sucked
Was slightly held up enroute to office in Lodi (from San Andreas 1hr 10 minutes). Called office to inform I'd be 10 minutes behind schedule. Arrived at 2:10pm sharp for 2pm appointment. Was told FNP was running 30 minutes late which put me 20 minutes ahead of FNP. The office lady wasn't able to concept I was there 20 minutes before FNP would be able to see me and insisted I reschedule. I'll be rescheduling with a different provider.
