The waiting room was cleared 3 times while I waited over an hour. The staff is indifferent, no one apologizes for wasting your time and they make & break their own appointments with no remorse or regard. If you were an hour late, they wouldn't see you, if you missed your appt, they would charge you... so why is "acceptable" to exhibit the very behavior they shun?! The doctor herself is great but the practice as a whole is severely lacking!
