Es el peor de todos los consultorios médicos que he visitado , más de dos horas de espera sin una disculpa, aunque llegues a tiempo y con cita previa, no los recomiendo

Staff is never able to get the referral from the primary care doctor, the patient always have to bring it, after the office confirm appointments and blow your phone to confirm and referral and you get to the office at last minute there’s always something missing, the staff is very disorganize, staff is a very Red Flag for patients

Don't waist your time. They saw my mother and my sister at the same time on the same day in October. Then Dr. Valor ordered all kinds of test (lung catscan, breath test, etc...) When we went back for a scheduled follow up to get the results and the Doctors opinion, after waiting an hour they would not see my mother because, they did not have another referral from her primary for the visit. When I called to reschedule my appointment the girl was very rude and talking over me. She wouldn't give me her name & transferred me to a voicemail. Very poor customer service skills. When I asked for the office manager she said she wasn't in. Terrible experience. I finally got her name Patricia. So difficult to work with.
