Un desastre soy paciente de ellos , fui a consulta hace casi un mes y no envían mis recetas para recoger supplie. Llamas no te contestan y cuando logras hablar con ellos te transfieren a otro dpto y nadie contesta, definitivamente tengo que cambiar de doctor, que además nunca he conocido al doctor Valor siempre me atiende un nurse practitioner, muy dijustada.

So disorganized and outdated. Not going back.
Before my apt. I got a call from them saying my insurance won’t cover the funds and I’ll have to pay out of pocket bc my I have to meet my deductible. They wanted me to shell out 120 dollars for a take home sleep study kit. I called my insurance company and they said no way I was covered and they shouldnt be charging patients like that. Just a reminder to always be skeptical of claims like that. I canceled my apt promptly and I advise anyone who is gets the same messaging to call their insurance and verify.
