Dr Bourn is wonderful. He listens to your concerns, takes the time to answer your questions and makes you feel like he really cares about your health. The staff is efficient and make you feel welcome. I would recommend Dr. Bourn wholeheartedly.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Doctor Cummings was helpful, insightful and thorough in his examination. With recommendations for further treatment along with referrals to other specialists. Office and exam rooms were clean. Office staff was helpful and pleasant. Accommodates handicap access and parking.

From the time I called for my appointment, to checking in at the front desk, meeting with the nurse, and finally my interaction with the doctor were nothing short of exceptional. The kindness, professionalism and efficiency that were shown me were tremendous, and should be the standard of the industry. Dr Bourne will be my doctor of choice going forward.
