It’s been sometime since I’ve seen Dr. Lischner. . . I was pleasantly surprised by his compassionate demeanor. . .one goes in fearful of being diagnosed with a dreaded disease and leaves confident you’ll be treated by a true professional physician…

Well, been on hold to schedule an appointment for a pulmonary function test now for quite a while. Left messages, but no one ever returns the messages "promptly". Despite how many times you hear that while on hold.

Nobody calls back, don't believe their message. When I finally waited 35 minutes on hold, they told me they had no appointments this month and to call back on the last day of the month when they open up appts. for the next month. I called them today, the last day of the month and they said they would call right back. Of course they never did. I called my health care insurance company for a different referral. These people are the worst. Don't even bother.

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews! I’ve been a patient at this office for many years and have seen more than 1 provider. The office staff are always above and beyond friendly and professional, and so is every provider. This is a busy practice and each patient requires a different level of care. You may need to wait longer at one visit, but be the patient that causes other to wait the next time. Medicine has evolved like everything else, so set up a patient portal and use it! Receptionist not so courteous and unprofessional. But nurses and doctors are exceptionally great .
