Thurs, Fri and now today, Monday, I have called 6 times. No one answers their phones. 6 months later and the phone operators are still inept.
Screwed up my sister's appointment and they would not take her to see her even though she did not feel well having trouble breathing what kind of doctor office is this. Not a good one.
Good luck reaching some on the phone for an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your upcoming Low Dose CT Scan. Called 5 days ago for an authorization number, was told they would call back with that information, No Call Back. On 2/04/2025 Called at 4:00pm got the answering service. Tried again the next morning on 2/05/2025 at 8:15am and still got the answering service. Its apparent the office does not care about patients. Web Site states 8am to 5pm. do not go here. they do not answer their phone. they take it off the hook and you can't leave a message. they do nothing they say they will insurance wise for approval. don't call with test results. just a joke
