Dr.Diaz was able to set me up for a cpap machine. I have been going to him for a long time. His staff is kind and efficient. I would not go to anyone else.
I’m really disappointed with the service at this office. The staff is extremely slow when it comes to handling prior authorizations, which has caused unnecessary delays in my care. It’s also very difficult to get in touch with anyone — they rarely answer the phone, and messages are almost never returned. I expected better communication and responsiveness from a medical office. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

This practice is Amazing!! Dr Diaz and the entire staff truly care about their patients! They continue to go above and beyond for each patient! They work tirelessly to ensure patients receive the medications they need, often arguing with Insurance companies so patients receive the best medication for their condition! Pulmonary Group of central Florida is one of the best practices in the area if not all of Florida! If you need a kind, caring, knowledgeable pulmonologist you need Dr. Diaz and staff!
