This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. No one communicates with each other. The receptionist is the rudest professional person I have ever come in contact with. The woman Rose who acts like a doctor but doesn’t listen to anything you have to say she just shouts over you. They never followed up with any of my tests. Whe I called to confirm an appointment they said I was good to go and when I showed up they said sorry we were looking at last year’s calendar.
Dr.Diaz was able to set me up for a cpap machine. I have been going to him for a long time. His staff is kind and efficient. I would not go to anyone else.
I’m really disappointed with the service at this office. The staff is extremely slow when it comes to handling prior authorizations, which has caused unnecessary delays in my care. It’s also very difficult to get in touch with anyone — they rarely answer the phone, and messages are almost never returned. I expected better communication and responsiveness from a medical office. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
