This place really needs to get better staffing. Assistant by the name of Patty was extremely rude. I usually don't write reviews but had to do so in this case. I am also in the business of medical secretarial work and the level of unprofessionalism was at an all time high.

I've had two Tele-health appointments with Dr. Freedman so far, and he was completely professional both times. He listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. I'm very glad to have found a Doctor that I can trust fully. His staff is great with following up as well (Barbara), and I have nothing but positive feelings for his practice. Just wanted to say thank you Dr. Freedman. I don't leave a lot of reviews and I meant to do this a month ago, but I'm very glad to have found you as a Doctor. - Jesse

Telehealth appointments and time with the doctor is great. It’s impossible to speak with anyone when you call the office. You get forwarded to voicemails and they don’t call you back. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Seems the doctor I saw left, they have no idea where he went, and they did not save any of the patient records. Going in as a new patient won't work for me since I'll be on a plane in a month, the earliest time they have an appointment open. All the information they need is at the place I've been using for supplies and equipment but they can't even call them up to ask. I'll pay for an appointmen... read more
