Disappointing best describes my experience with Dr. Stewart and his staff. My initial interaction with the team at Dr. Stewarts practice was decent but in subsequent visits it was clear in my experience that the patient wasn’t the focus of the practice. I’m giving 1 star due to very poor customer service. I have called multiple times regarding my pulmonary referral, and each time I am placed on hold for nearly an hour. When someone finally answers, I am put on hold again without resolution. This has happened repeatedly and is very frustrating, especially when trying to schedule important medical care. I hope the office can improve their phone system and responsiveness to patients.

The 2.2 rating makes sense on this location. They have only one new patient scheduling person and nobody else can help schedule new patients. She doesn’t answer the phone and she doesn’t call back. Moving on to the next !!

had a very disappointing experience with this office. Every time I call, there is an extremely long hold time and no one ever checks in to let callers know their place in line or that someone will be with them shortly. Today I was on hold for over three hours, and no one ever answered the phone. That is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.
