This office has horrible service. The front desk staff are rude and uneducated. The waiting time is minimum 1 hour and the waiting room is packed like sardines and feels so stuffy and gross. The office is filthy. Overall, I am not sure how this office can stay open. A word of advice, do not schedule here!

The girls at the front desk are horrible. They are incompetent. They never get anything right. They forget to follow through on referrals, insurance authorizations, scheduling.

Every time I come to this doctor's office I have to wait at least 90 minutes the waiting room is full beyond the stated occupancy. This doctor needs to wake up and bring in a couple more doctors to relieve the obvious backup

I have had multiple issues trying to get equipment for my mother. No matter how many times I've called, I'm never able to reach the actual people I need to talk to, to get what I need for my mom. I have left multiple messages and waited on hold for long periods of time. No one has returned my call and its been 1 week now. As for the office, there's always a long wait regardless of appointment times. While the actual staff is nice, they are not on the same page as far as their work flow.
