I am not surprised after reading some of the negative reviews. My situation is the same as the others. Doctor Gonzales is very nice. Came in for test and have never heard from them. Called numberous times and the the staff never answers the phones. Left three messages and never received a call back. Their staff is Terrible and not helping the doctors or office look good. Sad!

Had to pay $80 for a sleep study consult after my primary said I needed one. These people also agreed I needed one. Hmm thanks for charging me for what I already knew. Then they tell me they'll call me once my authorization is processed. After waiting a week and no call, I call them. They informed me no authorization is needed with my insurance. Oh wow. Thanks for making me wait a week and call you to find out. I told them I'd be in the next morning after another appointment, on my way to work to get the stuff. I get a text ... read more
