As a healthcare professional, I am very disappointed in this practice. I saw one of their doctors and completed their prescribed at-home sleep study back in February. It has been 6 months, yet I have never been contacted despite making multiple follow-up calls. Each time, I was told someone would return my call because the providers were with patients. I am not sure what is going on with this clinic, but I do not recommend them.
My husband had been having a lot of sickness in the last quarter of 2024. Even with antibiotics he didn't seem to be able to shake it off. His primary finally sent him for a ct scan. The facility that did the scan reported a 6 mm lung nodule. I insisted on him seeing Dr. Gonzales because of my sister who praises her bedside manner. Dr. Gonzales was very caring and informed. She insisted on another ct and some other test. She is very thorough. I highly recommend her. Hopefully, this next scan will be good.

Dr Gonzalez was nice at first. I had a night and MSLT 2 years almost 3 years ago. The sleep study tech didn’t know I was to have a MSLT the following day I was in a room with two huge windows and construction next door. I never fell asleep, after trying to explain to her in my follow up visit how uncontrolled the sleep study was she was very rude, dismissive and wasn’t willing to help me and stated I didn’t have narcolepsy and I was dismissed. 3 years later I got the courage to get a second opinion with Baptist. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor and resource to work with regarding sleep studies and respiratory issues. She has an excellent bedside manner, is attentive to her patients, and very responsive. I followed Dr. Gonzalez from her prior office to her new office. Very happy to have her as my Pulmonologist.
