Was told my sleep study would be $200 dollars. Got a charge later on for $425, I get told one thing then charged insane amounts. Have had a hard experience with them time and time again. Find somewhere else to seek help
I have been going to Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Associates for years and can say my experience is always good. The front staff, assistants and doctors are all great. I especially love Dr. Graham. Not only is she a wonderful, caring doctor who knows her craft, she is very personable and makes you feel like family.
I recently went for a visit I was told I needed to schedule. I make all of the arrangements to go and when I arrived I was issued a $425 bill out of no where. I don't have any bill, phone call amd or email of this bill being outstanding. When I discussed needed an appointment when Dr. Reddy, no one ever mentioned an outstanding balance. I was told by the offic staff the Dr. Would not see me until I pay this 400$ bill. Apparently, the bill was due to my "non compliance" that I was not aware.
