This medical facility needs to improve the attitude of the non-medical staff. Don't take my word. Read all the reviews. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm the time. I was told 1:30. However, when I arrived 8 minutes late, it turns out that I was over an hour late because I was scheduled to be there at 12:30 for a breathing test. I’ve been a patient of one of the doctors at this clinic for a good 12+years now! Since they have partnered with Huntsville Hospital I’m finding it impossible to get an appointment! I know I need an appointment to continue on my medications but I’m playing phone tag with the scheduling nurse of my doctor! And during the day I’m at work, the numbers are different every time, most times I answer the calls it’s solicitors!
