Been a patient of Dr. Sussman’s for years and have always had a great experience. I don’t wait long to be brought back and his medical assistants remember me and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Sussman truly cares and will spend the time with me that I need, leaving me feeling really good about my visit.
It was a pleasant experience. I found the staff to be very thorough, friendly and accommodating. On time, punctual. Dr. Cerrone is wonderful.
The Dr was very thorough and the technician was excellent and really took the time with me to go over my sleep apnea machine! He was very personable and detailed.
Completely disappointed in the way this office runs but gave it another try to again be completely disappointed. I called yesterday to cancel an appointment that was scheduled for today but after 9 minutes on hold I hung up and just called this morning.... the response I got to reschedule is that Dr Oppenheimer will not see us because we cancelled same day but I can see Dr Graffino. I explained I called yesterday and waited on hold with the only response being that's his policy.
