Awesome food and a beautiful setting, but service is not always the best. Last time I was there (May 2014) we were seated right away our table of 3 ordered an appetizer and entrees right away. However there were tables around us with 5 & 6 people who were seated after us; ordered after we did and they got their food before we even received our appetizer
The good is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing, but Alanna and the staff there are even better than that! Highly recommended!
Its hard to give a great review, because my favorite meal is coconut shrimp with the Orange marmalade dipping sauce. My husband and I were at pullmans on April 26 ordered our usual meals surf n turf and coconut shrimp. Upon receiving the meal the orange marmalade was not the sauce giving to me, yet was on the menu still. We love your food and great service but we have no reason to frequent Pullmans as long as the orange marmalade is not the sauce served with your coconut shrimp.
