We have used Pullman Plumbing on two different occasions wheb we have had issues in our house. This last issue was urgent and time sensitive. Pullman arrived to our house in under two hours on the same day to evaluate and fix our issue. We have dealt with Tim, Steve, Nick, and Diana in the office and all have been so friendly; professional; and the techs took the time to explain what was going on, the different options, and then what they did to resolve the problem. We used Pullman when we lived in Glen Mills, when we moved to West Chester we needed a few things fixed and were thrilled to find out that Pullman services our area! Steve was the plumber we used in Glen Mills and again for our most recent repair. He is very thorough and ensures that every question/concern is answered. He is very honest and upfront as well! If we ever need additional plumbing needs, Pullman will be our first call!
