This hotel is nice clean the staff is wonderful and many rooms look out over the radio. It's older but the keep it nice and clean many food options near by and the hotel has a restaurant and bar option also? Sleep number beds help you get a good sleep
We are in Huntington several times a year for club swimming at Marshall University. The Pullman meets all of our needs, close to the Pullman Square complex, as well as Marshall University. The front desk, valet, breakfast staff all go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Rooms have been updated and are roomy, internet is quick and dependable. A great place to stay for a good price
The staff were absolutely outstanding. I was having a problem with my business credit card and they were extremely patient in helping me with my problem. The room was average and noise from the other rooms were very audibile in my room. The furniture was average. Cost was good and the restaurant was good. Once again the staff were excellent.
It isn't a palace, but the rooms are clean, the staff is nice and it is in a great location, Good continental breakfast as well.
Wonderful breakfast and service. Our only problem was the elevator broke down and our room was on the 9th floor, but they had it up and running pretty quick. We enjoyed our stay and will be back on our next visit to see our family in Huntington, WV.
The location was great and the staff was wonderful at the Pullman Plaza... there are several restaurants just across the street. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we were there but looked nice. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, including the gentlemen walking around with tool bags - they said a hearty "Good Morning" to us which was nice. The room was adequate as the bed was comfortable but the air conditioner/heater made very strange noises constantly and I could never tell if it was heating or cooling but ... read more
I recently stayed there while attending a cheerleading competition. The staff was very helpful and took care my luggage and vehicle while at the competition. Our room was very comfortable and we received 2 breakfast bars with the room. I will stay be staying here again next year at competition time.
Close to everything you need to see in Huntington. Good food in hotel and half a dozen nice places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Valet parking, free breakfast that is sit down and a full breakfast, and a free drink in the bar each night. Staff is very friendly and heplful.
The hotel staff were perhaps the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. The hotel, including our room, was spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. We were not only entirely satisfied but very impressed!
