Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced as far as helping and caring for their tenants. Didn’t care to help when my air went out I had to fix it. Don’t care now that my heat is out. In their words “no promise on when a tech will be there”. Do better.
Rented for a year with this company. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me find an apartment. The few service issues that I encountered were handled promptly. This was the first time I rented from a realty company. The staff showed me grace anytime I had questions or concerns (Especially Allison). Overall great experience from start to finish.
