Worst customer service in years, they could not identify a part correctly so they just picked a price 3x more than it should have been. They were belligerent so, pullapart lostasale on all the parts I was going to buy. I don't understand that business model....

Watch what you get. I've been overcharged a couple of times. The only reason I still bought the parts is because they are hard to find and discontinued by Mitsubishi.
