I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children.
They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Even when the office is closed, they have a nurse available to speak with you.
