I would have rated this 5. My ophthalmologist is great but the technician that assisted me for my eye glasses, lens information took a long time and in the end while checking out did not know how to proceed with my HSA card which resulted locking my card. We have to call customer service and they were not able activate it fast to use for my check out. I had to pay out of my pocket. Quick and comprehensive eye exam. Friendly and helpful front desk and helped me pick a new set of frames. We talked about my lifestyle and what add-ons would be good for me. Doctor was knowledgeable and answer all my questions and explained my results in a way I could understand. Highly recommend.
As always had the best and most amazing experience at Pearl Vision! Everyone is always so kind, caring, friendly, the eye exam was thorough and always very professional! Highly recommend for the best eye care and most beautiful glasses in Orange County!
