Not happy at all. Traded a high end F450 for a mid grade F250 and ended up upside down in the end. Completely my fault for trusting a dealership, so I’ll own it. Was happy with the trade in amount and amount owed on purchased vehicle. That’s where the happy ends. I’ve always been asked if I want this, that , and the other extra warranty BS when signing finance docs and turned it down. In this case I was told it was required. Purchase a 2019 Escape in 2018 had to have a windshield , a liftgate motor then had to go back because the trim around the windshield stared to pop up.... they acted like they did not want to repair the trim on the windshield and it is still not secured around the windshield.... not happy this was a New Car..... all this was still under warranty... What About When Then Warranty Up only 9,2000 mile on it...
