Best barbers in DC. For the price, the quality and attention to detail is unbeatable. I have been going here for a decade now, and am still surprised when people don't know about Puglisi. I have a favorite barber, but have gotten haircuts from practically all of them, and they've all been excellent. Even if you have a favorite spot in DC, I would recommend making an effort to go to Puglisi. It's cash only and there are ATMs nearby.
This is the best place. The barbers are incredibly skilled and personable. Amazingly, they haven't raised their prices since I was at GW, and a cut is still only $40. Thrilled that they have maintained their quality.
It’s so bad, I have to go to another barber shop to fix that my hair. Basically, he did not do the left side because he got another customer. They should care more about new customers. Not recommending that place at all. Just cut it home would be much better. At least you save time and money. It’s just so bad.

So glad I found this place. It reminds me of a NYC barbershop, where there used to be one in every neighborhood. I believe Alex was my barber and I got a great scissor cut. They can handle all styles expertly. Remember to bring cash; no credit cards taken.
