Pugliano Construction did work for my Township which required them to be on my property. The lawn was damaged, big huge ruts from machinery, grass torn up and killed, parts of driveway damaged from heavy machinery. Pugliano promised to restore the property back to it's original condition. I made the mistake of being patient and it has now been almost a year that I am waiting and have had to look at an unsightly mess every day because they have not fulfilled their obligation.
