To be honest,it's been many years since I ate at Puglia as I no longer live in NYC, but I'll never forget the fun atmosphere that was similar to a big family wedding or other celebration. My friends took me there for what was one of my best birthdays ever, and it was like just almost every patron was there for my party - most acted like they knew me and wanted to contribute to my good time.
