Awful Puglia Restaurant makes a mockery out of Italian cooking. This basement restaurant in Little Italy regularly brings in the crowds to sit at the long wooden tables and enjoy "authentic Southern Italian cooking", but trust me, the food is not good. Nor is the homeade wine. Sorry to say, but not worth it.
Fun atmosphere, good food This restaurant in Little Italy has all the charm of its environment which features an Elvis singer to entertain guests. The breads are hot and tasty, the appetizers quick to arrive and equally delicious and the main dishes are generously proportioned. This is one of the best in Little Italy. Easy to find and charming place. PROS: Fun atmosphere good food CONS: Can get loud, not really intimate
michelle My husband and I eat here on occasion, and find it to be warm friendly dining room with very helpful and fast servers. Location is ok, and parking always is bad
A couple of friends and I went to eat here while on a short trip to the city and we were NOT disappointed. Not only was the food excellent, but the atmosphere was very enjoyable as soon as we walked in the door. SO FUN. Big shout out to the live music by Jorge, very entertaining and a great musician. The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs, especially considering we did not know we had to have a reservation. Had such a great time at this restaurant and will definitely be back!!
