I love my engagement ring from Pugh’s! They worked with my fiancé and I to take family sapphires, a ring setting I liked, and a diamond to create an absolutely beautiful and unique new ring. Luckily I get to wear it for years to come! (And the dog does not, but she was trained for the photo op so I had to take it! 😆)
I stopped in to the Newark store and happened to meet Shelby Amos. I was trying to sell my old wedding band. Shelby took time to explain the market to me, educating me about the ring and even polished it during my visit. All of this was unexpected and above and beyond normal customer service. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for real detailed personal service, you wont be disappointed. Great job Shelby, nice to meet you.

Kevin did an outstanding design for me. He created my design perfectly to allow me to carry my Oma n my mom who both passed away with me daily. Both pieces are so beautiful and I can not thank you enough for all the repairs, sizing of my rings and creating both designs. As a former employee of Kevin Pugh, I would HIGHLY recommend taking ANY jewelry needs straight to Pugh's Designer Jewelry. Kevin is a master craftsman and so very detail oriented that his work is incredible. I have moved, but still send my jewelry back to him.
I love my ring, thank you Pugh's Designer Jewelers! I was very surprised, and I was excited to hear about how much thought was put into creating a ring that’s unique to me! My fiancé and his mom filled me in on the process that went into choosing the ring, I can see a lot of consideration went into a design that suited my style (someone who doesn’t wear much jewelry) and lifestyle (active, and in need of a very stable setting).
It was an absolute pleasure working with Shelby and Kevin at Pugh's. I was searching for an engagement ring, and Shelby spent hours with me over the course of a few weeks, explaining everything about the four C's and more. We looked at diamonds under the microscope and considered different options within my budget. Resizing the ring later on was a smooth and quick process. This was a good experience, 100%.
