Phillip Hennessey was the only good thing about this place. I've experienced terrible customer service with the front desk and now that Phillip is gone, I will be looking elsewhere. Don't bother using this place!!

Cancelled my upcoming appointment 3 days before without a heads up or rescheduling
I love my doctor but this place is the absolute worst. I would highly recommend using a different office for your psychiatric needs. It is a disaster if you have to change where you fill your prescription or if you need a refill and don’t even bother having an emergency. They will tell you 2 weeks is the soonest you can get in. I have been working with them for several years but sadly can’t stand it anymore. The receptionist is no help at all ever.
As many others have commented this is the most amazingly bad customer service you can find. This isn't just bad service for a medical facility this is bad service compared to a wrong end of town run down gas station. To really add the icing to the cake the flagrantly disregard HIPA and PII controls. Please do not give them your information!
