I moved out of state and I have been trying to get my records from PSPC for weeks with no luck. The ROI that I filled out detailed that they were to send all notes, documentation, and assessments for the entire time I was seen there to my new psychiatrist. First they only sent a handful of after visit notes, then I told them I needed the assessments and all documentation outlining my diagnosis at which point they sent my new psychiatrist my self assessment I completed upon intake. I've seen multiple doctors at the clinic & almost all of them were wonderful (Specifically Dr. Nemuth & Dr. Vasquez). Medications are usually sent on time, and if there are any issues it gets resolved fairly quick. Both their front desk staff, Anthony & Anetta are great! Anthony always makes sure to callback the same day, and Anetta is super good at fixing issues related to medications & insurance very quickly. A front office so bad it actually improved my mental health and self esteem by showing me how unprofessional and mismanaged you can be, and still be part of a psychiatry practice I was hopeful, called them, planned an appointment for an ADHD evaluation. I have issues with remembering to fill out forms and forgot I had to, but they never gave me a call to either reschedule or letting me know they cancelled my appointment. I always have a pleasant experience with the office and receptionist. They always take care of me and respond to a voicemail in a timely manner.
I am so thankful for Dr. Nemuth’s help. He is a very kind, empathetic doctor and has helped me get to a healthier mental state. He definitely knows his stuff and the different medical options.
