I love my doctor but this place is the absolute worst. I would highly recommend using a different office for your psychiatric needs. It is a disaster if you have to change where you fill your prescription or if you need a refill and don’t even bother having an emergency. They will tell you 2 weeks is the soonest you can get in. I have been working with them for several years but sadly can’t stand it anymore. The receptionist is no help at all ever.
As many others have commented this is the most amazingly bad customer service you can find. This isn't just bad service for a medical facility this is bad service compared to a wrong end of town run down gas station. To really add the icing to the cake the flagrantly disregard HIPA and PII controls. Please do not give them your information!
Aliya is an amazing person, so far I’ve gone two times, and she seems to really care her job as a doctor and therapist. I highly recommend her, you can tell when someone is passionate and loves their job
i love my doctor but their new receptionist is not helpful and let me go days without getting my medication. i have been going here for years and never dealt with someone making it this difficult for me to get the medication i need. i miss the old helpful kind receptionists :(
Philip Hennessy has changed my life, i even cry Everytime i think of how different my life is now compared to 30 years without help and im so happy i found Philip!
