Disguisting. You’re lucky there is no option to leave a -10 review. All the doctors don’t even know what they’re doing. I doubt anyone there is truly “certified” to diagnose anyone. Don’t believe me? READ all reviews before even thinking of doing business with them. How do they get away with treating customers scamming customers?
How are they still getting away with such deceptive billing practices after so many years? I received two bills from Emergency Physicians at Overlake for the full amount of ER visit. I then received a letter from Puget Sound Physicians PLLC threatening that the account will be sent to collections action if payment is not received within 15 days. I called the number provided and the agent told me that my insurance did in fact cover about 75% of the cost of the visit, and I only owed the remaining balance. 1 star for the ER ph... read more
0 balance on MyChart and 11 months later I received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of Puget Sound physicians PLLC. I called them and they said we sent you a bill 5 times. I said, “ I have not received any bill- to what address did you send it ?” They sent it to a random address 5 blocks from me. Not an old address- a wrong address. Many other similar complaints on website. Is this incompetence or deliberate ?
Got two bills. I paid the last one 5 MONTHS ago... Not acceptable.
