I’m immensely grateful I found this company to supply me with a rollator. If you have Medicare/Medicaid, you know how difficult it can be to get what you need. My claim was made on Friday, with delivery to my door on Monday. Customer service communication thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Ellecia!

It seems like Sound’s primary business model is to target the most vulnerable customers, those in skilled nursing facilities, where they dispense the least expensive (cheap) pruducts to their customers. Shop around, and advocate for your loved ones.

Friendly service when I called for help. Just be advised, Sound Health charges $129 a month to rent a knee scooter and not too far away, at McCann's Medical, you can rent them for $55 a month. You do not have to go too far to get a much better deal.
