Exam was OK. I had to wait quite a while - both in the waiting room and the exam room - despite the appointment and nobody else in the waiting room. They said everything was covered by insurance, but I just received a bill from them. I've paid completely out of pocket from other optometrists in the past and paid less than the partially covered bill I got from these guys
Dr. Ono is excellent. I’ve been a patient for a long time and give him my highest recommendation.
I’ve been to Puget Sound Eyecare multiple times for myself and my son. All doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I personally have some complex eye issues but the doctors were able to address my concerns very well. Only complain I have is, as many others have mentioned, the wait time.
