Dr Ono’s care experience is good, however despite being covered by insurance and paying in person, there were post visit additional fees that not only weren’t explained during payment but surprised me negatively. When I reached out to customer service and asked further questions I did not get a deeper reason behind the post visit fees. I would not recommend coming here unfortunately.

Professional and kind staff, clean office and building, plus a surprisingly short wait time after I finished paperwork! They were very patient with both myself and my young son who was the one there for an exam. The doctor and assistant both explained things very well and I appreciated that a lot. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.
