Can't get a hold of customer service by phone or online. Horrible
I once tried to donate to their "warm home fund." About a week later I got a notice that i didn't pay my bill. Why? Cause they tried to tell me that the "warm home fund" donation was my actual payment, and I hadn't paid them anything else. Once I convinced them to look harder they saw their mistake, and I never donated to their potential scam fund again.
