Horrible company, they provide misleading information and not accepting responsibility for their own actions. When I called about a bill that I was told I should not have been charged as my final payment was last month bill. Of course I receive a bill with new charges. They charge me for new basic charge for the month with 1 kw hour used due to appliances plugged, new billing cycle started two days in. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Up until now I’ve never had a bad experience with PSE. I recently moved and ended my service with PSE. Despite my multiple attempts to get questions resolved via their email service I ended up calling their customer service line just now. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant enough and tried to be helpful however there are SIGNIFICANT and damaging system issues. 1) I made a payment plan after I ended services because my final bill (primarily for February 2026) was astronom... read more
