Puget sound energy is the worst of the worst, absolute trash company.
Horrible company, they provide misleading information and not accepting responsibility for their own actions. When I called about a bill that I was told I should not have been charged as my final payment was last month bill. Of course I receive a bill with new charges. They charge me for new basic charge for the month with 1 kw hour used due to appliances plugged, new billing cycle started two days in.
