quick and easy repair I have a nice Esquire watch that stopped working. I assumed it was the battery, but didn't want to take it to any jewelry repair store. One of my co-workers had bought a watch from Puffin's and had also used them for a repair and trusted them. That was good enough for me. I took my watch in and the problem was indeed the battery. They were able to fix it and even guaranteed the life of the battery.

Beware! Get a price quote before service! – I brought my Tag in to get the battery replaced last week. The jeweler asked if I dive with it and if I wanted it waterproof. I replied "yes". He smiled and asked me to return in a week to pick it up as he sent it out to be water tested. I returned today to pick up my watch and received a bill for $170.
