As nice as you guys are. Your product is very poor. Both E cigs I purchased from your shop were well taken care of and still continued to go out in a month. Spent $30 on the second battery. When I proceeded to reach out for questions and maintenance, you did not stand by your product what so ever. Told me that they were basically chinese pieces of crap. Will not purchase from you guys again.
