Off to a good start! Usually my oversensitive/neurotic Australian Shepherd Kiko is close to catatonic after grooming but I picked her up today and she was smiling! She was ready to go home, but not stressed out at all, even after five hours of end-of-winter clipping and blowing. Impressed!
Had a great experience. My 17 year old Australian Shepherd mix has a very dense under-coat, sheds everywhere! After Puff N Fluff was done with her coat treatment she didn't shed for weeks...She clearly felt better too. Thank You Puff N Fluff!
They take all size dogs! Are very patient and loving with dogs who aren't comfortable with the grooming experience yet. I've never had a problem with getting in last minute if I need and my girls always come out flawless!
Jessica and the Puff n Fluff staff have been grooming Tessa since she was 3 months old and she's grown to be quite a beauty. She looks forward to her spa days with the girls and comes home soft, fluffy, and the little contessa that we adore. She's an Old English Sheepdog poodle known as a sheepadoodle and I think they love her as much as she loves them.

Jessica and Kim welcomed our very skittish, very large, shepherd-mix, rescued dog Gypsy with open arms. Because they showed no anxiety over this being her first session at a groomers, she didn't either. It took them a long time to get all her grooming completed because they did not rush her and made sure she was comfortable. She looks GREAT and wasn't showing any signs of distress when I picked her up! She didn't even bark to get out!! We will be back every month! Thank you girls!!
