Tims customer service I received was top-tier. From the moment I walked into the shop, he was welcoming, respectful, and helpful without being pushy. Tim took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different products clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Tim really knows his stuff and cares about making customers feel comfortable and informed. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and friendly. Abby , is the best! I’ve been coming here for a hot minute, and I appreciate her attitude!! Always cool and upbeat, gives the place a great vibe. And their hours of operation are also a super plus!! And open year around (only off Labor Day! 😮) Only place I go to for my needs now/past year!!
