Abby is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection, but Abby's outstanding customer service is what truly sets this place apart. If you're stopping by, definitely ask for Abby you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Over charged $15 more for the same product down the street. The rewards system is not really a reward system, cause they just over charge you to make up for it. The red head is cool but the manager could use some improvement on his social skills

When it comes to a great selection..you can't go wrong with Puff Love 💕. I was blessed to meet Abby who not only suggested the best I have ever tried,but Abby listened to me..knew the selections and presented options based on my needs. Abby, you are absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever encountered in a smoke shop. Thank you for being my first experience at Puff Love! Don't go anywhere else..and ask for ABBY She is the BEST!!

Thank you Abby at Puff Love Dallas. She was not only knowledgeable of products but she was also very upbeat and fun to talk to. She made my visit and my day fun. Will be returning soon. Keep it up Abby.
