April at Puff Love Addison is seriously the best. She’s always super sweet, super chill, and somehow gets me exactly what I need without any hassle—plus she gets me in and out the door quick. Every visit feels easy and laid-back, which is rare these days. If you’re going to Puff Love, make sure you shop with April… you’ll leave more than satisfied every time!! Tims customer service I received was top-tier. From the moment I walked into the shop, he was welcoming, respectful, and helpful without being pushy. Tim took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different products clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Tim really knows his stuff and cares about making customers feel comfortable and informed. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and friendly. Definitely the kind of service that keeps me coming back — shoutout Tim!!
The Addison location is is the by far the best smoke shop in the area. The staff are very helpful in making sure I get what I need and have it in stock. They stock a wide variety of products and always make me feel welcome. Especially Abby. She always makes me feel welcome when I shop there. Also super pretty 😍.
I would rate it less if I could. There were half naked, stoned girls on the couch. The employee wanted to hangout with them and as I left he was walking to the couch talking loudly about me. One of his girls came out after me to my car threatening to fight me but I locked my doors and kept my windows up.
