Very nice community compared to many others. Grounds are immaculate, well kept and clean. This is important because so many communities and management lapse in upkeep. Just some suggestions....a water cooler for the gym would be good. Suprised that is not there already considering the gym is a nice size and has modern equipment which works 100%. Also, the laundry room definitely NEEDS a change machine or at least use those computer cards that you can add money to using a credit or debit card. It gets so difficult having to s... read more
RIP OFF. Cheap plumbing. Electrical problems. Charge you $350.00 for pet, even if you don't own one. UNSAFE. Pedestrian gates are not locked, so anyone can get into the complex. Pool is overcrowded and there is no monitoring of residents and guests ( 2 per unit max). Noise from upstairs unit makes living downstairs horrible. No one monitors late night noise. Sprinkler system floods the parking lots. Not well maintained. DO NOT RENT HERE.
My sisters and I are here from Phx Az.. We are here for a few days. Its has a resort setting pool is fabulous gym has what you need in a setting of a gym! Place is quiet clean lots of greenery! Hate to leave!!☺
We love living here. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are well kept. We have been here 3 years and it gets better all the time.
Beautiful apartments, very clean and well kept. Felt almost like a resort walking in. Clubhouse is great, gym has all the basics and is very clean, too cold for the pool right now but it looks great. The staff has been super friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in NW El Paso.
