Amazingly awful. I can't imagine how this place is still in business. Amy is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She is very unprofessional and the google reviews should definitely should be looked through before deciding to go with this place.
We rented a large retail commercial space on south 7th street in Downtown Brainerd for approximately 20 years. Over the years many improvements were made and any requested repairs were always completed in a timely manner. We were always treated fairly and respectfully. The few rent increases we had were modest. We would not hesitate to rent from them again.
