I purchased this vehicle from out of state the process was very smooth. Dawit was extremely helpful with my questions I had along with sending videos and photos of the car. Dawit went out of his way to pick me up at the airport and we closed the deal quickly for me to drive my new vehicle home that afternoon.

**Don't shop here** I should have paid attention to their poor rating. I gave their salesman an out-the-door price ($18k) that they agreed they could meet me at. After a two hour wait, during which I had already begun making plans about driving the vehicle home, the salesman returns to tell me the out-the-door price is $20k. When I asked for the breakdown, he says $18k, plus all of these pre-installed add-ons that were never previously disclosed totaling nearly $2k.
