Go somewhere else I feel that they don't offer the proper service to their customers. I have been over charged and over looked many times. I always get a second opinion after I go here.
Quality Dealership We bought a car at Northtowne Mitsubishi and they were very friendly and helpful. Its often hard to find a dealership that treats women properly and they were, in my opinion, a step above the rest. Even the guys in the service center were great. They even came back to the waiting area to update me on my car.
Great customer service!! Northtowne was recommended to me by a freind. We shopped a couple of other dealerships before we went to Northtowne. We received more information from Northtowne in the first 20 minutes than we did in two hours at the other places. Their inventory is large and we had no problem finding the car we wanted at the price we needed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
SCAM ARTIST! These guys rip off old ladies and women. My wife bought a car, 30% interest for 7 years. She has never missed a payment, still owes $10,000 on a car worth $3500.00. My mother purchased a car... same thing. Mom paid $3000.00 for an extended warranty and was told she would never have to pay over $100.00 for any repair, bumper to bumper. The first time she used it $200.00 Charge for a fuel filter. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS
Friendly service We are currently in the market for a new car. We have not purchased one yet but, have visited this dealer and they are very friendly. They are trying to work with us and with little pressure.
Galants and Service Department I have purchased two Galants in the past 10 years and have found them to be very reliable vehicles. But it is the service department that I want to recommend. The Service Advisors are very polite and helpful and I have never encountered any kind of problem when I have taken my vehicles in for their regular maintenance during the last 10 years. I highly recommend utilizing O'Brien Mitsubishi for your vehicle servicing.
