They Rock This Place Rocks! We drove away in a very nice car, no money down and a free list incentives.... Sales staff are all new and offer the best most friendly customer service we received at any car lot I visited!
We love Larry Jay.. They were more understanding about our budget issues than any place we had visited ! They did not try and push us into car that we did not want. We actually drove away in a 2009 Ford Focus with no money down and a monthly payment that we can afford. Staff made us feel very welcomed.
Slow and excuses I went by Larry Jay, to look at a car that had a decent price, I was tossed from one salesman to another, and even with a good credit report in my hand, they ran my report before they would even talk to me about a car. I liked it, made an offer, which was denied, and the counter offer came only $100 less than listed for, I put in new offer, with the dealer picking up T,T, &L, and it seemingly was accepted, because next thing was a handshake. Best Customer Service we ever received! Wow! These Guys Definately know how to help anyone down on their luck.. Not only were we able to get into a car with no money down, we drove away with a great car with free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as we own the car.. Our salesman Anwar were the friendliest sales person we had ever met at any car dealership.. Thank you Larry Jay!
Bunch of LIARS!!! After speaking with them on several occasions, preparing them for what our requirements were, they told my wife and I they would be able to help us out with their special financing programs, and that they had in house financing. Ehh! Horrible customer service! We have been dealing with them for 6 months. After promising us to come back in 6 months and they would help us we did. Then 6 months later they were no help and kept giving us the run around. They were no help and kept asking and asking for stuff and we gave them everything and then they wanted more in return! Really disappointing
Help Is Out There!! We had been to many other dealerships that promised to help us out that did not. We went to Larry Jay Mitsubishi after talking to their very kind representatives and were greated and treated with respect! Not only were they able to help us out from under a car we owed money on , they were able to help us get into a car that fit our budget! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
We were Approved!! My wife and I had been to several dealerships that promised to help us that only turned us down.. At this dealership we were treated with respect the minute we walked in the door. Our sales lady Mona were so very friendly and helped us get into a very nice suv for our family. Our monthly payments are affordable and we love the life rewards program they offer there.
