After buying 5 cars from them over the years, it is apparent that they are now just about profit. Buyer beware. Go on the internet and look at pricing before buying from Steven’s Creek. Their “mark up” is ridiculously greedy and is focused on the “non-educated” purchaser. Dealers need to make a profit but 27% per car is outrageous!

They cheated me too. Offered me a car at fleet price and then ordered the car for me. When the car arrived at the dealer, they said I had to pay full sticker or they would sell the car to someone else. I think bait-and-switch is illegal. No ethics at this dealer.
