We like our house and enjoy the friends we have made since living here. It is nice and quiet with a maintained pool and hot tub. Since a new HOA board is now in place, I recommend coming and checking out the Pueblo Townhomes community.

We like our house and enjoy the friends we have made since living here. It is nice and quiet with a maintained pool and hot tub, but a few bad apples and a horrible, poorly ran HOA board are doing their best to make living here almost unbearable.
We purchased our townhome at Pueblo townhomes a couple of years ago, and we love it here. I think the lowest HOA dues in the area. We use the heated swimming pool, 80°, hot tub, and very nice walking paths that are well lit at night. The neighbors are great, and you can enjoy your privacy here. The HOA board is very active and serving our community yet not bossy. Just friendly people. We stay here about six months out of the year and just absolutely love it.
If your are looking for a winter home, consider these town houses as an option.
