take your truck here for a tune up and they charge 400 dollars lmao what a joke
Think twice before using Pueblo. They didn’t tighten the bolts on the break calipers so the calipers came off and damaged our rim. No manager available to talk to. See pictures. Very disappointing.

RecommendedI recommend pueblo Tires for I had a HORRIBLEEE experience with a bad job at 1 of their locations and they came thru, I will admit it took a bad Review to get there but they listen. A week after my issue they got my car back in a tow truck and fix it for me at the McAllen location. Thank you for coming back and doing things right. RecommendedI bought my tires for my suv a year ago. I woke up this morning and my front tire was flat all the way to the ground. I called Pueblo Tires in Mission and Sevando told me, Mrs. Garza don’t worry I will get someone out there as soon as I can. They were here within 30 minutes. I will only buy tires from here. Their customer service is the best! THANK YOU!
NEVER AGAIN😡 Took my dad to get tires a couple of months back and they highly recommended that we sign up for their easypay. They salesman was very persistent and kept bugging us about it, so we went with it. Now we're having to pay twice as much for the tires and it's automatically taken out of my dad's bank account. Plus the interest rate is 188.97%!!!!!!
Place is trash 🗑 went to the one in Edinburg they wanted me to pay $20 for a inspection because it didn’t “pass” for them. Took it down the road From them to Joe’s Master Service Center and it passed! No surprised at all stay away from this Ghetto place unless you want to pay extra for services 🥵🥵😡 Beware they just want extra money to their pocket 👎👎👎👎👎👎
RecommendedHad a nail in my tire. Staff was friendly and even joked with me. Got it fixed in pretty good time for finder $20.
Sad to say they lost a customer, do not visit the Weslaco or McAllen location. They wanted to claim I didn't purchase a bunk tire when I had the receipt, they sold me a tire from 2012 in 2018 like wtf? 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏽♂️ They also scratched my rear bumper while taking their bunk tire out of my trunk. Took about 40 minutes to replace my tire... Worst service ever!
