Paid to fix a flat, got in the car, and it read 15 psi. Went back the next day and they claimed it must have gotten a nail in it. (Yes, the same tire they had just fixed) Picked it up for a second time, the psi is at 41, it should be 35. I'm no expert, but that doesn't seem right to me.
bad service at the san juan store... guy not even bother to look for a tire I was looking for .. just said don't GOT IT...

Mr. Zamora, Our sincerest apologies for the less-than-pleasant experience that you recently had at our McAllen store on N. 23rd St. Obviously, we could have done a better job of communicating with you during your visit. You mentioned that employees should have been working on vehicles, however, the vehicles waiting for service required mechanic work and the associates that you observed not working on them were tire technicians. no concerns or acknowledgement of wrong doing in having to replace a part broken by them ordered from agency did cover cost of damaged part but what was supposed to be fixed on a timely manner is still exceeding time frames bring more overall stress on us as a whole family missing work and covering extra costs on gas transportation etc noone taking innatiativre to correct all labor needed trying to overwhelm their own staff not able to handle the work needed and done appropriate management supposedly not available noone taki... read more
Took my truck inn for a alignment,turns out it needed lower ball joints. I decided to install them there as they asure they have “ASE Certified “ technicians. Well the ball joints were installed wrong. The zerk fittings where facing inwards making it impossible to service them... the sad thing about it I didn’t notice early enough..its been a while now after the work was done ... highly not recommend to have work like done there there supposed to be knowledgeable yet they charge an arm and a leg for bad work Rio Grande city ... read more
