Dr Pudur is a great Dr! She is proactive when it comes to my health. She remembers personal facts, making you feel like a person, not a number.
I’ve seen Dr. Pudur for about eight years. She is thorough, proactive, kind, respectful, and explains your condition well. I highly recommend her. Her staff is good and her office is efficient.
been with the Dr over 10yrs.I like the Dr. however in the last 4yrs.getting an appointment. I would have better luck getting into Fort Knox. you 4 to 5 people sitting in the front office.can't one of them pick up a phone. why does it take 3 to 5 days to play phone tag.with the office.to wait a another month to see the Doctor!!
Dr Pudur is one of the best family practitioners I have ever been to. She takes her time and is very patient. She has an excellent memory and always makes me feel important to her. Most importantly, she listens and I never feel rushed. I have never been disappointed and actually look forward to my well (and sick) visits!
Dr. Pudur is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. She takes quality time to discuss your concerns and makes decisions after careful review of all factors and patient history. I highly recommend her!

If you are a VA Choice Patient do not go to this office. They took almost 2 months to get referrals correct and unwilling initially to call VA Choice to learn how to do it. I since changed offices. I felt as if they just didnt care.
It was horrible I was giving an appointment time and a estimated of 30 minutes early arrival for paperwork when I arrived I did not receive my paperwork until 15 minutes after my schedule appointment and all I got was a sorry out of the deal horrible front desk service I'm only giving it one start because zero was not a option
Each time Dr. Pudur has ordered lab work for me, the lab order has had errors - resulting in my receiving large bills, as Medicare denies those claims. Usually, the diagnoses to demonstrate medical necessity are missing from the lab order, or the wrong codes are used, or my insurance info is left out. For the past 4 years I have spent countless hours with numerous phone calls & paperwork trying to get these matters straightened out. It's past time for me to find a different doctor.
